Gates swing open at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving early to secure a good viewing spot, grab some food from our local vendors, and experience the main stage live music.
This event is expected to be loud. Ear protection will not be available for buy at the event, so please ensure you bring this with you if you would like it.
We will be taking video and photos through out the event for the means of promotion for future events.
This depends on availability, if the event has sold out, tickets will not be available. It is best to purchase in advance.

We love hosting a crowd, but our parking lot has its limits! To make sure we don't run out of space, we’re charging £5 per car to encourage everyone to team up and carshare. Grab your family and friends, fill the back seats, and split the cost!

The event is designed to go ahead safely in rainy conditions. Our technical display equipment is fully weatherproofed. Cancelations would only occur under severe, extreme wind speed warnings.
Dogs or other animals are strictly prohibited at this event. Assistance dogs are permitted however we would strongly advise against this due to the nature of the event.
You cannot bring a gazebo or large tents into the area but you may bring a small beach tent or small umbrella for shelter as long as it doesn't get in the way of other guests.
Yes, we have designated disabled parking spaces located at the Club House. Please have your blue badge available at the gate. However, please note that the event is held entirely in an outdoor grass field. The terrain can be uneven, bumpy, or muddy depending on the weather, which may make it challenging for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or other walking aids. We want everyone to have a safe and comfortable experience, so please take this into consideration when planning your visit.

For safety reasons, members of the public are not permitted to bring sparklers, fireworks or alcohol into the Arena. Shaston Events reserves the right to refuse admission if a customer is in possession of any the banned items, there is a bag search policy in place as a condition of entry.
